Acknowledgement and Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participation in dog training sessions involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: • Injuries to my dog, myself, or other individuals. • Damage to personal property. • Unpredictable behaviors of dogs under training. • Involuntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.

Liability Release

I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Dog-Star Family Canine Coaching, its employees, agents, or contractors, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of my participation in dog training sessions, including injury to myself, my dog, or any third parties.

Dog’s Health and Behavior

I certify that my dog is in good health, up-to-date on vaccinations, and free of any condition that could pose a threat to other dogs or people. I acknowledge that I am responsible for notifying the trainer of any behavioral issues (e.g., aggression, fear, anxiety) prior to the training sessions.

Owner Responsibility

I agree to be responsible for supervising my dog and following the trainer’s instructions during all or any training sessions. I understand that I am fully responsible for any injury or damage caused by my dog to people, other animals, or property during or after training.

Emergency Medical Care

In the event of an emergency, I authorize Dog-Star Family Canine Coaching to seek medical care for my dog if I cannot be reached. I understand that I will be responsible for all related costs.

I give permission for Dog-Star Family Canine Coaching to use photographs or videos of my dog for training purposes, promotional materials, or social media.
